20 November 2016 Dear Sir,

EPF, who are not covered under PF as their basic salary is above Rs.6500/-. MNCs have Employee and Employer contribution when Basic is more than Rs.6500/-. so if more than Rs.6500/- employer also contribute ?? can explain about threshold limit if basic salary more than 6500/-

20 November 2016 Threshold limit for basic increased to Rs.15000, if basic exceed Rs.15000/- employer can exempt employee from PF contribution, but most of company PF benefit extended even basic salary exceeds above Rs.15000/- PF considered for upto Rs.15000/-,
Some companies pay PF on full basic without any limit of Rs.15000/- it all depends on company policy,

In MNC salary considered on CTC basis employer contribution of PF is Part of CTC.
