an employee at the time of retirement what he gets ?
ESI can he receive the before retirement ?
can one person get the gratuity more than one time (or) not ?

24 September 2013 PF and Gratuity can be claimed at the time of retirement.

But there is no such provision in ESI as it is statutory contribution for medical facility provided by the ESI corporation.
