Can A dealer who sale petrol, diesel an lubricant like mobil can take composite scheme.

16 August 2017 No combined turnover including petrol diesel should not exceed 75 Lacs.

17 August 2017 Sir ,

combine turnover including petrol diesel and lubricant is coming 3crore,but Sir, petrol and diesel is out of GST, whether we have to see the turnover of only Lubricant or depend on total turnover for GST composite scheme.

One more thing that i have heard that if they bring product purchase from outside before july 2017. Thought turnover is less than 50Lak cannot opted for composite schemed is it true sir.
