I am purchasing home by taking personal loan, is there will be any enquiry from IT deptatment about personal loan disbursement big amount (30lacs) in my account..

According to my view there will not be any issue / inquiry from IT dept.
It is only when you are investing from your own sources there can be inquiry from the dept.
