28 March 2008 For e.g. i want to file personal income return for individual. i will be able to or qualifi to file the return? in which limit?the a/c is audited or not?

28 March 2008 if the individual is not having any business, then account need not be audited.
Further, if he is carrying on business and not covered by section 44AB, no audit is required.

IF THE ABOVE TWO CASES ARE NOT COVERED BY YOU , THEN YOU HAVE TO FILE IT RETURN ON OR BEFORE JULY .
IF NO REFUND OR REVISED RETURN IS INVOLVED ,THEN YOU MAY FILE IT REURN BEFORE 31 ST MARCH .OTHERWISE A PENALTY OF RS. 5000 IS LEVIABLE FOR NONFILING OF IT RETURN WHERE IT IS LIABLE TO BE FILED.
