Personal expense made through companies debit card

Dear sir,
with reference to above subject matter, I want to confirm whether personal expenditure
made through companies debit card is disallowed if yes? then how and what about bank reconciliation.?

Hi,
One cannot claim the personal expenditure for income tax purpose and moreover Debit the person for whom the expenditure incurred and credit the bank account.
