Perquisite value of interest free loans to employees

In the chart giving lending rates of SBI as on 1-4-2014, there is no General category, as was available till last year. Only specified loans are covered. e.g. if an employee takes a loan for marriage of his daughter, the same is not covered. Pl guide as to what rate to be considered.

if it doesn't fall under any category, then take the rate for xpress credit ie 15%
