is tere any procedure to become a performing director or a employee director
i mean to say that even after being a director, he/she has no liabilities towards company
please answer and tell me the procedure if any,

The Companbies Act 1956, recognises a wholetime director,managing director. non executive directors and director. put your person in one of these 4 categories

Being a director you can not escape from your liability.
