29 April 2019 Sir,
Whether employer contribution to Pension will be included in Gross Salary.
And Whether deduction can be claimed on employer contribution to Pension and under which section .
This pension is of EPFO Scheme.

29 April 2019 Yes, you have to add your employer's contribution to National Pension System (NPS) to your gross salary and then claim a tax deduction on it. Employer's contribution to NPS qualifies for a tax deduction of up to 10 per cent of the salary (basic plus DA) under Section 80CCD(2) of the Income Tax Act.

29 April 2019 Sir, My one pension ,is part of provident fund ,deducted by employer.
Sir , My one pension is NPS or other pension. I am in doubt.
