Pending Refund Status MOIL IPO

Dear Sir,
I had applied MOIL IPO thru SMC Global Securities Ltd Kanpur in the Name Ms Mukta Pathak Gupta Application No 52999437(ch no929366 dated:01.12.2010 SBI Indira Nagar Kanpur amouting Rs 95625).I am off line user of the said Broker.
After some time I enquired with My Broker came to know that due to wrong entry of DP-ID by SMC Global, allotment made to third party despite right PAN No & Name.
In the above matter despite our several reminder thru E Mail (22.12.2010 to 24.01.2011) Karvy Computrer Share Ltd is nither refund or money nor giving proper response.
Kindly advise in the above matter.
