24 November 2014 i have filed return for the a.y.2013-14 where i claim refund of rs.21330/-.
i am RBI ex.assisstant manager .while on retirement i received 189846/- as ex gracia compensation in 2006 which is allowed as exemption under section 10(10C).as per bombay high court decision in favour of assesee circular no. 173(1)/32/2009/ITA-1 .
the matter is till in my online account showing demand for 189846/- .i alredy met assessing officer .but still i have not received my refund for a.y.2013-14

what should i do for it. please give me advice

24 November 2014 write a letter to CIT, stating all the facts of your case and directing the concerned ITO to issue refund by setting aside the DEMAND.
