Dear Members
suppose any person have filed form 23B for appointment of auditors from mca site by online .
Now if in such form some mistakes are arises than a fresh form will be required to be submitted with additional fees plz provide me such addition fees amount.

I think, if the form was not registered, addendum may be filed. If the form has already been registered, the usually additional fess may be applicable. At the time re filing, you will get the amount while generating challan.

There is no fees for e-form 23B.In the given case file another e-form 23B and attach reason for filing again as optional attachment.
