09 November 2013 What if som1 hav't paid and used service tax no for any purpose 2012-2013, and recived the service tax no in 2012. How much penalty he have to pay

09 November 2013 You should inquire whether service is provided in excess of 10 lac...if no..then penalties is not charge. ..but you had to file st 3 return half yearly..even if its nil return. ..

10 November 2013 as i need to surrender my service tax, bcoz in my field service tax no is not required from 2013, but the thing is that i haven't filled nil return neither, as i had no earning from that line for which i have taken

So i need to surrender my service tax no from the day of issue - 2012 to till now 10 nov 2013

what would be penalties and process to surrender
sum of all , how much i have to pay to get this of my neck

10 November 2013 In such you may go for Amensty Scheme before 31st Dec, 2013. Enjoy the laddu.... :)

There is not penalty and interest, comply voluntarily in accordance with notification 10/2013-ST dated 13-05-2013.
