29 February 2012 please provide to me new penalty provisons of late filing of Service Tax return

29 February 2012 Penalty for late filing of service tax return is as follows:

Delay upto 15 days- Rs. 500/-
Delay from 15 days upto 30 days- Rs. 1000/-
Delay beyond 30 days- Rs. 1000/- + Rs. 100/- per day of default( Max. penalty is Rs. 2000/-)
