My Dear Friends,
If there is pending for filling ST-3 for the following period, then what would be the Max penalty on such return:
1 ST-3 (Apr-09 to Sep-09)
2 ST-3 (Sep-09 to Mar-10)

2 Beyond 15 days but not later than 30 days 1000/-
3 Beyond 30 days 1000/- plus100/- for every day from the thirty first day till the date of furnishing the said return, subject to a maximum amount of Rs 2000.
