HOW MUCH PENALTY WILL BE LEVIED IN CASE OF THERE IS DEALY IN FILLING SALES TAX RETURN AS PER DVAT ACT

Rs 100 per day subject to maximum 10000 for dvat 16. and Rs 100 per day subject to maximum 10000 for form 1 (cst).
So if you have both local and central registration, you have to pay Rs 200 per day subject to maximum of 20000 per return.
