After uploading 3cb&3cd, from auditor login is it possible to view in pdf format and take printout of the same and how to view?

Yes it is possible.
login in incometax website with ur auditor account.
Go to my account - view forms - enter the PAN of the relevant assessee - fill the captcha form - click on acknowledgment no - click on ITR - download the file - the password is the passwor of the assessee followed by date of incorporation in DDMMYYYY format.
