PDf Files size for compaany formation

19 September 2010 I want to file form 1,18 and 32 for company formation....however the file size of the blak form itself is very high when downloaded from website....and it further increases when i fill the data and signaure.....the attachment MOA and AOA file size are very small say total upto 200 kb.....how can reduce the form size of ...?? i have downloaded the pdf version available on mca website...still facing problem

19 September 2010 While signing please choose sign and save as option. It will not increase the file size much.

The same problem i was facing but using this it solves the problem.

20 September 2010 Dowlaod the form form MCA 21 and save in desktop. Right click that file. Choose and click extract here. Down loaded file will be saved in desktop in pdf format. Open the pdf file fill up use sifn and save as option. This method will reduce the file size. Pl do the scanning of the attachments in 100 dpi.
