PCC to IPCC Articles

27 August 2010 Dear Sir,

I have query regarding the following:

Suppose I want to convert from PCC to IPCC then whether I will be able to continue the articleship training with my current principal or it will get terminated. AND if it gets terminated what about the period that I have already served as Articles.

27 August 2010 There is no doubt at all and your article ship will continue under the same principle...

However for confirmation wait for other expert opinions.

27 August 2010 I also want to know whether it will be continued if get my conversion from PCC to IPCC. As I know that as per IPCC, Articles starts only after passing one group

13 September 2010 it is optional whether student continue on article ship or not after he convert into IPCC from PCC.
article ship did under previous principle would be count and you have to do training only for remaining period and total period would remain 3.5 years. remaining period would be count only when student pass 1 group and after a period of 9 months since he converted for IPCC.
