Payment to vendor after availing excise cenvat

11 April 2016 Hi Experts,
I have purchased the material and utilize the excise cenvat on 21/3/2016
please tell me as per the excise rule after availing cenvat credit within how many days/month i will have to made the invoice payment to vendor,

11 April 2016 Central Excise there is no time limit for vendor payment. Payment should be done as per supplier terms.

11 April 2016 But sir as per the ST rule after availing service tax cenvat we have to made the invoice payment within 3 month to vendor,

11 April 2016 Normally no vendor will keep quiet more than 45 days. Credit period given by vendor not more than 60 days.

11 April 2016 Sir.....it is not subjected to how long the vendor keep quite please let me know as per the excise rule within how many month we have to made the payment to vendor after availing excise cenvat,
