payment made to transporter for transporting goods from sugar factory to client factory in cash Rs.32000/- is allowed or not. also payment in cash Rs.42000/- for purchasing agriculture waste is allowed or disallowed U/S 40A(3)

You can pay up to Rs 35000 in one day to transporter. Deduction allowed u/s 40A(3).
