If we receive Payment in mode of Gift Voucher
from Debtor in which account we should post.

Hi,
Is it against payment? N what type of gift voucher is it?
Generally it is to be accounted as Cash Voucher (same as cash in hand).
You have to Debit this a/c instead of Cash/Bank A./c
Inventory of same is also required to be maintained.
