Sir, What will be the time of depositing the amount of TDS with the govt. if payment is being made outside India.

Hi,
The time limit for depositing tax with the govt of india is 7th of the next month from the month in which tax is deducted.

AGREE, UP TO 7TH DAY OF NEXT MONTH
28 April 2010
But for TDS deducted on the last day of the year on which the books of the asseessee are drawn the last date is 31.05 of the following FY.
