I want to know what is the date of payment of TDS.
1) Date on which challan submitted to bank
or
2) date on challan (date of credit by bank)
1) Date on which challan submitted to bank
or
2) date on challan (date of credit by bank)

In case month of (apr-feb) 7th of following the month....in case month of mar,30 april is due date of payment. however you can deposit before above mentioned date.

I dont want the due date but i want to know which date is taken into consideration as date od payment of TDS

2) Challan tendering date i.e. date in stamp of bank on challan

2. Date of Credit by Bank (Date in Stamp of Bank Challan) is treated as date of payment of tax in all conditions.
