i wat to pay Rs. 240000 for court fees to advocate for legal metter by cash. it is allowed or not

No its not allowed to pay this much of amount in cash.

If court fee is deposited to Govt. fund, then it is allowable. ( Rule 6DD- Exception of Secion 40 A(3) ).
If advocate charges, then not allowable.
