employees worked for more than 6 months
whether Payment of gratuity act applicable???

Suppose out of 5, 2 employees appointed contract basis whats the stat


whether provision to be made

24 July 2011 The Gratuity is not payable for a service of 6 months. The Gratuity becomes payable only to the employees who completes 5years of continuous service. The fact that Employees are Contract or own is of no significance in this case.
