Hi,
As per Payment of Wages Act.(amendment 2017 ) no salary will be payable in cash.
So if company making payment as a LOAN (ADV SALARY ) to it's employee , then is it possible to paid in cash or cheque ?

Why to go for cash?? And wages includes all modes of payments to employees whether it is advance salary or any other mode. So its better to give 1st preference to online transfer or through cheque.
