Our customer IN IRAN is paying us USD thru DUBAI or singapore... if we submitt relationship letter..will our local banker accept this documents..in india

Considering that export payments to Iran are routed through UCO Bank kolkata, it is suggested that you may consult your authorized dealer- your banker dealing with foreign exchange.
