Payment for pan/tan

I have a doubt regarding payment (online payment mode) for PAN/TAN application fee by a person other than the authorised person. In case of a Private Limited Company by a person other than Director of the company. Is there any problem if payment for application of PAN/TAN fee is made by any other person of the company than the director.
Please suggest.

Only authorized persons are allowed to make the payment through Credit card / Debit card / Net banking, this rule is made in order to regulate the PAN intermediaries. Facility to file Online application for TAN or PAN is through TIN-NSDL is only for the personal use and not for the Intermediaries.

there is no problem to make payment by any person. you can reimbursement the fee.
