generaly banker open the L/C in the said case .
as soon as payment done ANOTHER BANKER SEND SWIFT CODE MESSAGE TO YOUR BANK AND TAKE THE PRINT OF THIS TRANSACTION AFTER REQUEST TO YOUR BANKER.
