Payment copy of cs exam form

Plz help me.Its Urgent
Yesterday i filled up the Cs exam form and also made the payment but i didnt received the payment challan copy due to the session expired, but in mail i received the request id and also payment id.
As per the instruction (i.e. to visit after 24 hr on the site to get duplicate payment receipt copy), i followed the same today to get the copy but i am confused that after log in to My account in which option should i go to get a duplicate copy.
Plz help me asap.


21 September 2012 Duplicate copy not available in the exam application link. open www.icsi.in in that window there is direct login option at the right side of the window login their using your registration no(Note:only registration no enter i.e don't enter month and year of the registration i think you understand however don't this format reg no/mm/yyy. only this format reg no.) and enter password and then login and proceed to click for no changes in the first page of login and then at the left side of the window there is duplicate receipt option use it and download it.

21 September 2012 Just now i checked my payment id in (payment request option), in that it is written that payment is not initiated. so i try to fill up the form again but there it is displaying that You already have applied for the examination enrollment. Now what to do, any idea.

As you said i follow the same but in that no data is showing to select.

21 September 2012 then first check the unsucessful transaction and in your bank account. In both the cases the transaction failed and but debited to the account then the amount will refund you. In case it not display in the unsucessful transactions then write mail to exams@icsi.edu.

21 September 2012 Payment Transactions related guidelines

1. Some times the user can not get the print out of the acknowledgement. The reason might be the “Failed Transaction” OR “Acknowledge not generated (exclusively)” due to heavy traffic or network connectivity issues.
2. The User in such cases should first of all try to generate the duplicate acknowledgement through the “Duplicate Acknowledgement” option given in the main menu. If his payment does not appear under this option then it means that the transaction has not been successful.
3. The User may get the list of his all unsuccessful transactions under the “List of Unsuccessful Transactions” option under the main menu.
4. The User may try to reprocess any of his unsuccessful transaction by selecting it and submitting the task.
5. If the reprocessing becomes successful, the transaction disappears from the list of unsuccessful transactions and appears under “Duplicate Acknowledgement” option.
6. The User may now take the print out of his acknowledgement through “Duplicate Acknowledgement” option.

All stakeholders can make use of the Payment Gateway after logging in www.icsi.in . The stakeholder must keep the credit card with pin number ready while using the payment gateway.

The process shall be as under:

1. Stakeholder shall make use of any of the options on the left panel of the browser window after logging in www.icsi.in.

2. Thereafter two options 1) Citi bank credit card and 2) Net Banking will be visible to the user in the right side panel for the option selected against the left side panel.

3. After clicking any of the option confirm screen will appear. After confirmation the control shall shift from www.icsi.in to the site of the bank.

4. The bank shall ask for credit card/Debit card number along with cvv number and pin number.

5. After successful transaction on the bank site the control will automatically shift back to www.icsi.in where the receipt of the payment will be generated. During this process the stakeholders must ensure that no key back or forth or refresh button should be used as shifting of control takes time.

6. In case the receipt is not generated the stakeholder should immediately send an email to institute at pooja.juyal@icsi.edu with details as membership number/ registration number, name, date and time of the transaction, option which was used for the transaction. The stakeholders may even contact Mrs Pooja Juyal in case no response is received even after 48 hours of lodging the complaint through email at 0120-4522069 during office hours only.

7. The institute takes approximately 48 hours to reconcile the data with the bank. All receipts which are reconciled are published on www.icsi.in under visible to user after logging in.

NOTE: In Case of failure in receiving the online payment receipt, please revisit the www.icsi.in after 24 hours to generate duplicate acknowledgment receipt for confirm transaction only.

NOTE: FOLLOW THE ABOVE GUIDELINES APPLY THE 4TH POINT UNDER THE HEAD OF PAYMENT TRANSACTION GUIDELINES I.E FIRST 4TH POINT.
