PLEASE INTERPRET FOLLOWING PAY SCALE

14500-600/7-18700-700/2-12300- 700/7-17200-1300/1-18500-800/1-19300

08 December 2011 Initial salary will be Rs 14500 every year increment will be Rs 600 per annum till salary reaches Rs 18,700 (that is for 7 years 7x600=4200
Rs 14500+4200=Rs 18700
thereafter increment of Rs 700 will be given for another 2 years

For example if a person joins at the scale of Rs 12,300 increment of Rs 700 for 7 years
so on

year pay scale

1 14500
2 14500+600=15100
3 15100+600=15700
4 15700+600=16300
5 16300+600=16900
6 16900+600=17500
7 17500+600=18100
8 18100+600=18700
9 18700+700=19400
10 19400+700=20100

same procedure for next 12300 or 18500

because in above situation 3 pay scale

one is starting from 14500
second is starting from 12300
third is srating from 18500
