Pawnor and pawnee

the pawner (65yr old) has left the family from last 7yrs.
the pawnee(bank) is not issuing the property documents to the pawnor's family members whereas the loan against the said property has been settled by them.
Kindly suggest me how to get the above documents. so that i can can help those poor family to get their documents.

Bank has right to issue property document to family members. Bank may ask pawner to come to collect the document. Get NOC from Pawner and collect the property documents.
