28 September 2016 The pvt ltd co struck off 10 years before, was closed working 25 years back, now revived and active on ROC. Now how to submit past 25 years balance sheets? Wheather by court plea we can ask for waiver and pay the penalty?

struck off 10 years ago..... Tell me one thing, while striking off the company 10 years a, did NOT you submit those balance sheets???

29 September 2016 Functioning stopped in 1991Compliance of balance sheets etc till 1990No further balance sheets as asset was in possession with bankersStruck off in 2007.

03 October 2016 please tell me what do you mean by "Struck off"
This word is normally used when the name of the company is STRUCK off from the register of Registrar of Companies....Are you using the word in the same sense?

03 October 2016 Yes Sir, it was not active from 2007. Now it is active as per court order ( as per std procedure it was done ) in 2016.

03 October 2016 if you have the court order in 2016, you can start filing for 2016-17 and onwards....subject to ofcourse the conditions if any set out in the said court order.
