ONE OF MY CLIENT HAS PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED HAS PAN.HE HAS FORGOTTEN HIS PW.HE ALSO FORGOTTEN HIS SECRET QUESTION ANSWER.IN PREVIOUS YEARS HE HAS NOT E FILED ITRS.
