22 July 2010 If a person who is already registered for efilling of return ?? But he forgot the password and hint answer ?
then what is the procedure to retreive it ?

22 July 2010 You can reset the password by using the following steps.
1) Log in to www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
2) Enter userid
3) Click 'forgot password'
4) Enter PAN click o.k
5) Reset Password
6) click reset password.
7) new password will be approved and can be used for further filing.

22 July 2010 Do one thing send a e-mail with all your details regarding Pan card to the e-mail address mention below .
efiling.administrator@incometaxindia.gov.in

they will reset your password.
this process will take 24 hours.
if satisfied than plz click on Thanks.
