HOW I CAN CHANGE MY INCOME TAX FILLING ACCOUNT PASSWORD IF I HAVE NOT FILE ANY RETURN FOR ANY ASSESSMENT YEAR. AND NO ANY TDS CREDIT OR PAYMENT IN ANY YEAR

You can change by forgot password option by security question, OTP existing contact or change new email ID and Mobile to generate OTP, you can also login through net banking if you have Updated PAN to your account then you can login through net banking and change password.
