06 June 2013 Yes, you can ask previous auditor,, if he provide you the details there is no problem at all,

you can also reset your password using forgot password link

by giving last year e-filing acknowledgement number and bank account number as per previous year e-filied return

09 June 2013 Penalty u/s 271F (Rs. 5,000/-) can be initiated.
But if reasoable cause for the delay can be proved, penalty proposal will be waived as per section 273B.

10 June 2013 sec 271b says 1/2 % of sales is penalty
