sir,
i am employee of a proprietry co. who build a commercial complex in south gujarat,i want to know how to pass a entry of constulting fee like structural consultancy, vat consultant, c.a. ext.,what is head of this expenses.

The expenses should be debited to P&L a/c under the head of Professional Fees , however if the expenses are directly related to the project it should be debited to the trading a/c.
