29 March 2023 Hi, I am running a business where seller is not willing to give gst invoice as he himself is not buying with gst invoice. Since he is giving a very low rate to me, I want to continue buying from him but I cannot sell it without a gst invoice. Is there any way for it where I can buy from him without gst invoice but sell it further with gst invoice.

31 March 2023 If he is a registered vendor he should issue tax invoice.
Don't bother about his problem for wrong doing.
