In case of partnership deed in whose name Stamp Paper need to be purchased-Any Partner or Firm Name???

For the first partnership deed, stamp paper should necessarily be purchased in the name of a partner and not in the name of firm since the firm is not in existence.
For subsequent changes in the deed,ie reconstitution etc, stamp paper should be purchased in the name of firm itself.
