Dear friends.
Is Registration is compulsory to partnership business ?.Can we carry on partnership business without registration ?. If yes, with whom we have to register, please help me out.

Not compulsory. Can be registered with the Inspector General of Registrations formerly known as Registrar of Firms of the respective state.

Registration of Firm is optional. It can be registered under the registrar of Firms of the relevant state as rightly said by Sir B.C. Warrier.
