A person wants to start a business (relating to induction of iron i.e a foundry etc) where big investment is required and also the turnover will be in crores. In this case which is more beneficial - partnership or comapny???
According to me i think Company is a better option. Please guide me whether i m right or not????

A Company form of business is definitely more suitable to such a large scale of operation.
