04 April 2011 before decide name of your company and registered it in ROC.

open the bank account , apply for IEC(IMPORT EXPORT CODE)FROM DGFT, PANIPAT

GET THE MEMBERSHIP OF CONCERNED EXPORT PROMOTION COUNCIL.

NOW YOU CAN EXPORT IMPORT.

Thanks for reply i am into exports from last 6 year doing exports.BUt now me and my friend who is buying from me wants to start a business togeather in india a partnership firm iam asking is it possible then on indian citizen and one non indian can we a partner and we can open a firm and get it registred if yes tell me the procedure how.
