My query is that In case of Partner income we have to fill ITR-3 now my question arises In case of balance sheet which Balance we have to feed partnership firm balance sheet or We Have to prepare Individual Balancesheet

Not of partnership firm. If income is only from partnership firm, individual's balance
sheet is not mandatory.

Thanku B.Chackrapani warrier sir as I am making in coputax itr 3 return The Software asking these thing that your are not filed balance sheet you may get notice from income tax so litte bit confusion arising on it.
