07 November 2019 We have partnership firm and partnership property all the 97.5% partner's are ready to draft new deed but one of the partner not coming to firm and receiving phone so what is the way that we expell him from partnership firm and property

Expulsion of a partner
The power of expulsion must be available to the partners by an express contract between them.
The power to expel should be exercised by majority of the partners prescribed in the contract.
It should be exercised in absolute good faith.
