We have partnership firm and partnership property all the 97.5% partner's are ready to draft new deed but one of the partner not coming to firm and receiving phone so what is the way that we expell him from partnership firm and property

in case of registered partnership firm, you can knock the doors of Court.
In case the firm is NOT registered, you can get it registered and then go to court

is there any arbitration clause in your partnership deed, you can opt for the same before going to court
