Partnership deed-stamp paper/franking ??

hello everyone,
Mr. A and Mr.B want to form AB & co(firm). Mr. A will bring Rs.100000 and Mr. B Rs.0/-.
my question:
1. if i draft partnership deed on stamp paper of Rs.1000 or instead of buying stamp paper can i also get the franking done worth Rs.1000/-.
2. can i give the printout of the deed on normal A4 size paper or green paper(legal paper) is a must ?

You have to type on green/ledger/legal paper then first take the print out and get it franked and then let the partners sign also get it verified whether for partnership stamp duty is 1,000 or 500
