Partnership deed translated in Marathi Language has to be submitted online while registration of Partnership firm.
My query is whether the Translated copy also has to be signed by the partners.
All the partners are out of india for 1 month.
Kindly guide.

The translated copy may be signed by the CA or ADVOCATE, with their memb no. clearly written on it.
