15 June 2011 WHEN IN THE PARTNERSHIP BUSINESS THE REGISTERED OFFICE OF THE CONCERN IN ASSAM STATE AND NOW THEY WANT TO OPEN A BRANCH IN WEST BENGAL.

SO, FOR THAT THE PARTNERSHIP DEED CAN BE MODIFIED OR ADDENDUM.

IF YOU CAN GIVE A PROFORMA FOR THE MODIFICATION AND ADDENDUM.

THERE IS A CLAUSE TO OPEN BRANCHES. WHAT THE NEXT STEP FOR CONTINUING.

PLEASE OVERCOME THIS PROBLEM.
